1. Amanda Bynes - I feel very badly for her and hope she gets this year hold so that she can get help. As an actor with a mental disorder myself, I know there is a fine line between creativity and madness. I'm lucky enough to take medication and attend counseling. It seems Amanda is unable to do that on her own without external help. She is a very talented person and until this past year, she was always an upstanding celebrity compared to the Lindsay Lohans and the Mily Cyrus's of the world.
2. Lark Voohries - Remember the actress who played the vivacious Lisa Turtle on Saved by the Bell? She is now a ghost of her former self. If you look at her face now compared to then, she looks like a blank shell. Her mother reported last year that she has bipolar disorder, but Lark insists she's fine and writes really weird stories/poetry that she published on Amazon. Her use of commas is very strange. Read a sample. It's very sad, and I wish her mother or someone would force her to get some help.
Pretty Little Liars
PLL has a special airing tomorrow night, so I'm super pumped! Cast & crew will answer fan questions & show behind-the-scenes looks. My friend and I are slightly obsessed with this show. Just slightly. Really - we don't need to go to counseling or be put inpatient. ;) I'm also excited that this year, instead of a Halloween episode, they're doing a Christmas episode.
This weekend, I want to see Laggies. starring Keira Knightley. In the throes of a quarter-life crisis, Megan panics when her boyfriend proposes, then, taking an opportunity to escape for a week, hides out in the home of her new friend, 16-year-old Annika, who lives with her world-weary single dad.
