Question of the Week:
If you were to get a tattoo, what would it say or what would the graphic be?

Hmmmmm . . . I've never actually wanted a tattoo. Something about being 80 and having a wrinkly old black inked thing on me has never appealed to me. I'd probably go with either the phrase "She Became a Butterfly," or "SBAB," or a pic of butterfly. The color would either be purple or teal - the colors of sexual assault survivors.

  4. Tattoos definitely aren't for everyone, but I think your idea, if you ever did decide to get a tattoo, would be really lovely.

  8. I love this idea! But I also understand about the being 80 thing. My husband has said the same thing before. I just tell him that when I'm 80 and my tattoos are faded, they'll be just like the faded ink in an old history book. It might be harder to make out what it is, but it still tells a story just the same :)

  9. That sounds cute! As far as being 80 and wrinkly, I've seen enough photo galleries with proud 80 year old tattooed ladies. I think I'll still love mine!

  10. Nice tattoo idea! I like it. Well yeah that factor is there, getting old and the tats getting wrinkly.. But you never know, you might actually like it even in that condition? Never know.
